Designed to ground personnel when used on suitable ESD matting. Hardwearing and long lasting construction for shoes and boots of various shapes and sizes. Conductive tab ensures effective skin contact. Fitted with 1 meg ohm resistor for safety. It is recommended that a heel grounder vis worn on both feet.
